Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Must have or be eligible to obtain Arizona Medical License prior to starting date 
• Experience and interest in the care of oncology patients
